Our friends at the Welsh Value in Health Centre hosted the 6th Annual PROMs conference and although this fabulous event is now over, recordings are now available online- see their web-site: here
This was the 6th National PROMs Research Conference and was held online due to continuing uncertainty around the pandemic.
The conference included plenary sessions, expert panels, oral presentations and posters from PROMs researchers across the UK and beyond. An established event, the conference brought together leading experts, career researchers, early career scientists and interested parties from other areas, to engage with the latest developments in the field of PROMs research and implementation.
It was brilliant to see Alex Matthews’ poster summarising the results of the EMPROVE audit alongside so many other posters demonstrating the breadth and quality of work across the field of PROMs. Some of our members were speakers or panel members and we also enjoyed the opportunity to join the ISOQOL PROMs SIG session, which this year focussed on diversity and inclusion.
Thank you to all involved in organising, hosting, speaking, exhibiting posters and the ongoing sharing of expertise. We look forward to next year’s conference!
